Terms and Conditions for Selection Trials of the Aussie Cricket League Under 19

1. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee for trials in India is AUD 10, and in Pakistan, it is AUD 7.
  • The fee must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • The purpose of this fee is to ensure that only serious cricketers apply, thereby maintaining a high standard of competition.

2. Use of Collected Revenue

  • All revenue collected from the registration fees will be utilized for the development and management of the Aussie Cricket League (ACL) Under 19.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued under limited circumstances.
  • Eligibility for a refund includes critical illness or other extreme situations, subject to the discretion of the League management.
  • Proof (such as a medical certificate) must be provided for refund requests due to illness.

4. Data Collection and Usage

  • Personal data collected during the registration process will be retained by the League.
  • This data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the trials and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • Participants agree to the use of their data for communication related to the trials and future league activities.

5. Eligibility and Conduct

  • Participants must meet age and other eligibility criteria as set by the League.
  • All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct during the trials. Misconduct may result in disqualification.

6. Selection Process

  • Selection for the ACL Under 19 team will be based on performance during the trials.
  • The decision of the selection committee is final and binding.

7. Liability

  • The League is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the trials. Participants engage at their own risk.
  • It is recommended that participants have their own health and accident insurance.

8. Amendment and Termination Rights

  • The Aussie Cricket League reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • The League also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trials for any reason, including but not limited to, weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants.

9. Acknowledgement

  • By registering for the trials, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  • Participants also agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the League and its officials.
